    We're a mid-size general contractor seeking a motivated Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. This leadership role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and the chance to drive business growth.

    ?? Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee accounting: AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and job costing.
    • Prepare accurate financial statements and monitor cash flow.
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and audits while ensuring GAAP compliance.
    • Mentor accounting staff and support strategic decision-making.

    ?? Your Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred).
    • 5-7+ years of accounting experience (construction expertise a plus).
    • Proficient in Sage & Excel; solid knowledge of WIP reporting.
